HALL COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION MEETING JULY 24, 2018 <br /> 9; 05 a.m. Arnold made a motion and Quandt seconded to go into a Board of <br /> Equalization meeting. <br /> ROLL CALL VOTE — Present on roll call vote were Scott Arnold, Karen Bredthauer, <br /> Pamela Lancaster, Douglas Lanfear, Gary Quandt, Jane Richardson and Steve <br /> Schuppan. <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW— Chair Richardson read the notice of the open <br /> meeting law. <br /> VERIFY AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION —The affidavit of publication was received. <br /> MINUTES — Lanfear made a motion and Quandt seconded to approve the minutes of <br /> the July 10, 2018 meeting. Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt and <br /> Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC PARTICIPATION - Chair Richardson called for public participation and no one <br /> responded. <br /> 3.
