HALL COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION MEETING OCTOBER 17, 2017 <br /> 9:05 a.m. Quandt made a motion and Arnold seconded to go into a Board of <br /> Equalization meeting. <br /> ROLL CALL VOTE — Present on roll call vote were Scott Arnold, Pamela Lancaster, <br /> Douglas Lanfear, Gary Quandt and Steve Schuppan. Also present was County <br /> Attorney Jack Zitterkopf. Karen Bredthauer and Jane Richardson were absent. <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW— Chairman Lancaster read the notice of the open <br /> meeting law. <br /> VERIFY AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION —The affidavit of publication was received. <br /> MINUTES — Lanfear made a motion and Quandt seconded to approve the minutes of <br /> the October 3, 2017 meeting. Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt, and Schuppan all <br /> voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. Bredthauer and Richardson were absent. <br /> PUBLIC PARTICIPATION - Chairman Lancaster called for public participation and no <br /> one responded. <br /> NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS — Chairman Lancaster called for new or unfinished <br /> business and no one responded. <br /> 9:17 a.m. adjourned the Board of Equalization meeting and returned to the regular <br /> meeting. <br /> • .of -N o,t r <br /> ei <br /> Marla J.
