HALL COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION MEETING SEPTEMBER 19, 2017 <br /> 9:05 a.m. Lanfear made a motion and Quandt seconded to go into a Board of <br /> Equalization meeting. <br /> ROLL CALL VOTE — Present on roll call vote were Scott Arnold, Karen Bredthauer, <br /> Pamela Lancaster, Douglas Lanfear, Gary Quandt, Jane Richardson and Steve <br /> Schuppan. Also present were County Attorney Jack Zitterkopf, Stacey Ruzicka. <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW— Chairman Lancaster read the notice of the open <br /> meeting law. <br /> VERIFY AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION —The affidavit of publication was received. <br /> MINUTES — Richardson made a motion and Lanfear seconded to approve the minutes <br /> of the September 5, 2017 meeting. Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt, <br /> Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC PARTICIPATION - Chairman Lancaster called for public participation and no <br /> one responded. <br /> COUNTY ASSESSOR — TAX CORRECTION NOTICES # 5228 TO #5240 — Deputy <br /> County Assessor Barb Stoddard was present with the tax corrections #5228 to #5240 <br /> accept <br /> request that the board t and authorize the chair to initial. <br /> q p <br /> Schuppan made a motion and Lanfear seconded to accept and authorize the chair to <br /> initial tax correction notices #5225 to #5240. Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, <br /> Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no.
