Pelland: <br /> As per our phone conversation on this date, I am providing a copy <br /> of the Notice of Change in Personal Property Assessment which I <br /> mailed to you on or about July 12, 2015 . <br /> This week I have received a tax bill which reflects an estimated <br /> amount of $349,728. 00 for personal property in our rented building , <br /> Needless to say, this is not an accurate figure. <br /> I am also providing for your review a copy of our 2014 Assett Detail <br /> Report which is part of my Federal Tax Return as prepared by Vern <br /> Robbins, my accountant . This reflects a value (being depreciated) <br /> of $18,558. 00 which we are depreciating for tax purposes, somewhat <br /> lower than the $349,728, 00 which was estimated by your office . <br /> Please confer with the Hall County Board to adjust this figure to <br /> the correct amount which is slightly lower than the amount I estimated <br /> in July, Prior to having done my taxes which were filed in October. <br /> Please adjust this figure to $23,996. 00 which is the amount on my <br /> tax return and includes the lease from Hometown Eakes, a lease on <br /> our copy machine.
