I set up a corporation,Tax ID
number, Sales tax numbers, State Unemployment numbers etc., and felt like I had done
everything that I needed to do. This was our first business venture as a young married couple
and it is our intention to get all forms filed and paid.
We do not recall receiving the forms that you say were sent to us in 2014. Perhaps there was
a mix-up between us and the previous owner as for a while we had to transfer some forms
back and forth with her. At any rate,we did not purposely ignore you,we do not recall ever
seeing the forms.
We have submitted the correct amount to you that should have had the personal property
tax calculated on it and will continue to submit the form timely each year as we have done on
all other forms in the future. As shown on the form, the equipment purchased was$12,000,
your assessment was $562,150 which is about 46 times higher than our value. Hopefully, this
will allow you to correct your records.
Sincerely,
Eip/f) Rebnff-
e
MAY 16 2p16
L"vOR

{1 ~: l V
HALL u c , 'W SKA
GRA
