ALL COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION MEETING JUNE 16, 2015 <br /> 9:05 a.m. Lanfear made a motion and Richardson seconded to go into a Board of <br /> Equalization meeting. <br /> ROLL CALL VOTE — Present on roll call vote were Scott Arnold, Pamela Lancaster, <br /> Doug Lanfear, Daniel Purdy, Gary Quandt, Jane Richardson and Steve Schuppan. <br /> Also present were County Attorney Jack Zitterkopf, Board Assistant Stacey Ruzicka and <br /> County Assessor Jan Pelland. <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW — Chairman Arnold read the notice of the open <br /> meeting law. <br /> MINUTES — Purdy made a motion and Richardson seconded to approve the minutes of <br /> the June 2, 2015 meeting. Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, Richardson and <br /> 1 Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC PARTICIPATION - Chairman Arnold called for public participation and no one <br /> responded. <br /> 1. PLACE ON FILE PROPERTY VALUATION PROTEST NUMBERS 1 TO 106. <br /> Purdy made a motion and Schuppan seconded to place on file property valuation <br /> protests numbers 1 to 106. Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, Richardson and <br /> Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> County assessor Jan Pelland stated that they have handed out about 350 forms but <br /> most of the protests will come in the last two weeks. The informal referee hearings <br /> started on Monday. <br /> NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS - Chairman Arnold called for new or unfinished <br /> business and no one responded. <br /> 9:09 a.m. adjourned the Board of Equalization meeting and returned to the regular <br /> meeting. <br /> �r- <br /> c . .'oGgri tt <br /> a1 _ ai /Al 11 ■,� s '...4. <br /> Marla J.
