That the plat dated January 23,1995 and approved by the County Board of Supervisors of <br /> Hall County, Nebraska on January 10, 1995 for Mieth Subdivision, is hereby vacated, <br /> except for the dedicated right of way, if any, which shall forever be rededicated for the <br /> location, construction, and maintenance of public utilities. <br /> 2. That the title to the property being vacated by Section 1 of this Resolution shall revert to <br /> the owner or owners of the real estate. <br /> 3. That this Resolution shall be recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br /> County,Nebraska. <br /> 4.
