Quarterly Report of <br /> CITY OF Household Library Cards <br /> GRAND `" ISLAND <br /> Issued to Hall County Residents <br /> Public Library Outside of Grand Island <br /> July — September 2018 <br /> To Hall County Board of Supervisors: <br /> At the end of September 2018 our statistical report showed a total of 835 Hall County household <br /> cards, yielding 26 household cards issued this past quarter. <br /> Our automated reporting of household cards is based on one member of each household <br /> manually coded as "head of household" no matter how many in the household have cards. <br /> Balance June 30, 2018 809 <br /> July—September 2018 Issues 26 <br /> Balance September 30, 2018 835 <br /> Since the start of our Interlocal Agreement in October 2016, the following progress has been <br /> made in service to citizens throughout Hall County, indicating an increase of 435. Last year there were 33 household cards issued.
