Total estimated quantities may be increased or reduced by as much as 25 percent without adjusting the unit prices set forth in the bid. EXCEPTIONS TO SPECIFICATIONS: Each bidder shall carefully check all requirements herein set forth and shall offer items which fully comply with these requirement or shall plainly set forth all points, features, conditions, specifications, etc., wherein the items offered do not meet these specifications.
