6. 9:50 AM — PUBLIC HEARING — FINAL TAX REQUEST FOR HALL COUNTY BUDGET <br /> RATES— Quandt made a motion and Lancaster seconded to open the public hearing for the <br /> final tax request for Hall County. Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt, Richardson <br /> and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> Chair Richardson called for public participation and no one responded. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Lanfear seconded to close the public hearing. Arnold, Bredthauer, <br /> Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 6. DISCUSS &APPROVE RESOLUTION SETTING PROPERTY TAX REQUEST FOR HALL <br /> COUNTY — Mr. Fegley stated that this is the final tax request. The jail bond rate was set by the <br /> vote of the people. <br /> Lanfear made a motion and Arnold seconded to approve Resolution #18-061 setting the <br /> property tax request for Hall County. Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt, <br /> Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> Mr. Fegley stated that the fin budget document will be put together and the additional <br /> information will be added. It is due to the State Auditor by September 20th <br /> The Board thanked Mr. Fegley for his assistance with the budget process. <br /> 5 <br />
