Article IV. During the performance of this contract, the contractor and all subcontractors agree to comply with all applicable Local, State and Federal rules and regulations. ARTICLE V. The Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable State fair labor standards in the execution of this contract as required by Section 73-102, R.R.S. 1943. The Contractor further agrees to comply with the provisions of Section 48-657, R.R.S. 1943, pertaining to contributions to the Unemployment Compensation Fund of the State of Nebraska. ARTICLE VI. The Contractor and any subcontractors agree to comply with all applicable State fair labor standards in the execution of this contract as required by Section 73-102, R.R.S. 1943. The Contractor and any subcontractors agree that, during the performance of this Contract, they will not discriminate in hiring or any other employment practice on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, disability, age or national origin and to comply with Executive Order 11,246 of September 24, 1965. The clauses in Appendix "A" of Hall County's Title VI Non-Discrimination Agreement with the Nebraska Department of Roads are hereby inserted as part of this contract. ARTICLE VII. Should the Contractor fail to perform the work within the periods of time stipulated above, the Contractor shall pay the County liquidated damages according to the schedule in the most current edition of the Nebraska Department of Roads Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, unless extension of time granted by the County specifically provides for waiving of liquidated damages.
