RESOLUTION <br /> PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT— BK 1347 <br /> SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NUMBER 2 <br /> Hall County,Nebraska <br /> Resolution Number: t$ •O SC( <br /> Whereas: Hall County and Felsburg Holt& Ullevig have entered into a preliminary engineering <br /> services agreement for a transportation project for which Hall County, as the Local Public <br /> Agency(LPA),would like to obtain Federal Funds; and <br /> Whereas: Hall County understands that it must continue to strictly follow all Federal, State and <br /> local laws, rules, regulations, policies, and guidelines applicable to the funding of this Federal- <br /> aid project;and <br /> Whereas: Hall County and Felsburg Holt & Ullevig wish to enter into a supplemental <br /> preliminary engineering services agreement setting out modifications and/or additional duties <br /> and/or funding responsibilities for the Federal-aid project:and <br /> Whereas: Hall County is committed to providing local funds for the project as required by the <br /> Project Program Agreement and any Supplemental Agreements. <br /> Now Therefore Be It resolved: That the Board of Supervisors for Hall County hereby <br /> approves supplemental agreement number 2 for the preliminary engineering services <br /> agreement with Felsburg Holt& Ullevig. <br /> Be It Further Resolved: By the Board of Supervisors of Hall County, that Jane Richardson, <br /> Chair of the Board of Supervisors, is hereby authorized to sign supplemental agreement number <br /> 2 for the preliminary engineering services agreement with Felsburg Holt&Ullevig. <br /> NDOT Project Number: BRO-7040(25) <br /> NDOT Control Number: 42322 <br /> CWO No. 2.
