Mobile Equipment must be declared as surplus, obsolete, and not useable by <br /> the board before it can be sold. <br /> 2. Culverts, road maintainer blades, and bridge materials can be deemed <br /> surplus, obsolete, and not useable by the Hall County Public Works Director and <br /> sold as long as each item is valued at less than $500. <br /> 3. Personal Property (other than specifically listed in # 2 listed) must be declared <br /> as surplus, obsolete, and not useable by the board before it can be sold. <br /> Discussion <br /> The Public Works Department, Assessor's Office, and Building and Grounds Department <br /> have the attached list of personal property and mobile equipment that they would like the <br /> board to declare as surplus, obsolete and not useable by the county so the items can be <br /> sold at the Grand Island Machinery & Auction on October 13, 2018 and at the Big Iron <br /> Auction. <br /> The funds from the sale of Road Department items will be deposited into the Road Fund. <br /> The funds from the sale of the Assessor's and the Building & Grounds items will be <br /> deposited into the General Fund <br /> Recommendation <br /> Discuss and declare the attached list of personal property and mobile equipment as <br /> surplus, obsolete and not useable by the county <br /> Liff?,oe.41 1‘-.)/Zh_ <br /> Steven P.
