Environmental work for the project in accordance with the <br /> National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) is being performed by Felsburg Holt& Ullevig. <br /> Additional environmental work and updates will be needed as the project moves through <br /> the Plans, Specifications & Estimates phase with the Nebraska Department of <br /> Transportation (N DOT), thus the need for a supplemental agreement. <br /> Discussion <br /> The original agreement with Felsburg Holt & Ullevig was approved by Hall County on <br /> June 18, 2013. Supplemental Agreement number 1 was approved by Hall County on <br /> February 21, 2017. The costs for the environmental work on the project is being paid <br /> with 80% federal aid bridge funds, 10% state aid bridge funds and 10% county soft <br /> match bridge match funds. Supplemental Agreement number 2 was prepared by staff at <br /> the NDOT and has been reviewed by the county attorney and county engineer. <br /> Recommendation <br /> Approve supplemental agreement number 2 and approve the resolution authorizing the <br /> chair to sign the agreement. <br /> (3-keem Pa44_ <br /> Steven P.
