RESOLUTION NO. 18- D4 I <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSERVATION EASEMENT FOR PRATARIA VENTURES LLC,THE <br /> PLATTE RIVER WHOOPING CRANE MAINTENANCE TRUST,INC., THE NATURE CONSERVANCEY <br /> AND THE UNITED STATES ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS <br /> WHEREAS,The Platte River Whooping Crane Maintenance Trust Inc., is the owner of the following <br /> described real estate,as further described in attachment A; and <br /> WHEREAS,Prataria Ventures LLC.is desirous of obtaining a conservation easement from The Platte River <br /> Whooping Crane Maintenance Trust Inc,on real estate legally described shown as attached and The Platte River <br /> Whooping Crane Maintenance Trust Inc,owner is desirous of selling a conservation easement to Prataria Ventures <br /> LLC on real estate legally described as attached;and <br /> WHEREAS,Prataria Ventures LLC and The Platte River Whooping Crane Maintenance Trust Inc have <br /> submitted a request to Hall County for the approval of a conservation easement on the real estate legally described <br /> as attached; and <br /> WHEREAS,pursuant to NEB. REV. STAT. §76-2,112(2003),on July 24,2018,the Hall County Board of <br /> Supervisors forwarded the easement request to the Hall County Joint Planning Commission for their review and <br /> recommendations regarding the conformity of the proposed acquisition to comprehensive planning for the area;and <br /> WHEREAS, also pursuant to NEB. REV.
