Statute 77-1918 (3)Resolution for the Two-Year County Tax Sale Certificates (1)Resolution for the Five-Year County Tax Sale Certificates Chairperson, Pursuant to Section 77-1918 R.R.S. of Nebraska 1943, I, Hereby, submit my report on the list of all unpaid Real Estate Taxes and Special Assessments in Hall County for the year 2016 and prior years, which are delinquent and which were not sold for want of bidders at the last annual Public Tax Sale, held in March 2018, from the 5th through the 315t, Sundays and Holidays excluded. For your information, there are three (3) properties eligible for Two Year County Tax Sale Certificates; therefore, a resolution to issue them is necessary this year. I ask that you pass and adopt the Resolution and direct me as County Treasurer to issue tax sale certificates in the name of Hall County, any real estate or special assessments advertised and offered for sale at Public Tax Sale for the year of 2016, when the same remains unsold for want of bidders, upon which there are two (2) or more years of delinquent taxes or special assessments. Furthermore, for your information there is one (1) Five-Year Tax Sale Certificate to turn over to the County Attorney directing him to commence foreclosure upon.
