DISCUSS & TAKE ACTION TO AWARD BID ON COUNTY ASSESSOR SOFTWARE
PROGRAM- County Assessor Kristi Wold was present and stated the committee met regarding
the software the county received bids from MIPS, Thomas Reuters and Vanguard. Vanguard is
a fairly new company out of Iowa and they are appraisers and the program is currently used in
13 counties in Nebraska.
