RESOLUTION #18- 0 a& <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF WILKINSON SUBDIVISION —A <br /> TRACT OF LAND COMPRISE OF LOT ONE (1) OF NEBMO SUBDIVISION, AND A <br /> VACATED PORTION OF PLATTE STREET, AND A PART OF GOVERNMENT LOT <br /> NINE (9) ALL LOCATED IN THE EAST HALF OF SECTION TWENTY FOUR (24), <br /> TOWNSHIP TEN (10) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. IN HALL <br /> COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br /> WHEREAS, Fred Bosselman, Bosselman Energy Inc., being the said owner of the land described <br /> hereon,have caused same to be surveyed, subdivided,platted and designated as"WILKINSON <br /> SUBDIVISION", a tract of land comprised of lot one(1)of NEBMO Subdivison , and a vacated <br /> portion of Platte Street, and a part of Government lot nine (9)all located in the east half of Section <br /> Twenty Four(24),Township Ten(10)North, Range Ten(10)West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, <br /> Nebraska, and <br /> WHEREAS,the above-described real estate is located in an unincorporated area of Hall <br /> County and is not within an area over which a city or village exercises extraterritorial zoning <br /> jurisdiction; and <br /> WHEREAS, on April 4,2018, the Hall County Regional Planning Commission considered <br /> said final plat at its regular meeting and recommended approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County Board of Supervisors of Hall County held a meeting and <br /> considered said final plat on June 12, 2018, upon publication of notice of the same in the Grand <br /> Island Independent, a legal newspaper in the county, be it <br /> RESOLVED, upon review of the final plat and consideration of the recommendations of <br /> the Regional Planning Commission,the report of the County Highway Superintendent, and the <br /> evidence,testimony, and comments received, the Board finds that the plat has been prepared in <br /> compliance with the Hall County Subdivision Regulations and such final plat of WILKINSON <br /> SUBDIVISION should be and is hereby approved.
