June 12,2018 Resolution <br /> Vacation of a portion of Platte Street <br /> West of US Highway 34/281 <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with Neb. Rev. Stat. § 39-1724, the resolution setting the date <br /> for the public hearing regarding vacation of the above described portion of Platte Street <br /> was published in the Grand Island Independent on May 11th, 18th and 25th of 2018; and <br /> WHEREAS, also in accordance with Neb. Rev. Stat. § 39-1724, the resolution setting the <br /> date for the public hearing regarding vacation of the above described portion of Platte <br /> Street was also served by registered or certified mail upon the owners of land abutting on <br /> or adjacent to the road to be vacated 2 weeks in advance of the public hearing; and <br /> WHEREAS, notice of the public hearing regarding vacation of the above described <br /> portion of Platte Street was also published in the Grand Island Independent on May <br /> , 2018: and <br /> WHEREAS, at 10:00 A.M. on May 29, 2018` the Hall County Board of Supervisors , <br /> acting in accordance with Neb. Rev.
