RESOLUTION#18- b V l <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF MEADOW LANE SEVENTH <br /> SUBDIVISION —A TRACT OF LAND COMPRISING ALL OF MEADOW LANE SIXTH <br /> SUBDIVISION IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br /> WHEREAS, Neidfelt Property Management, LLC , being the said owner of the land <br /> described hereon, has caused same to be surveyed, subdivided, platted and designated as <br /> "MEADOW LANE SEVENTH SUBDIVISION", a tract of land comprising all of Meadow Lane <br /> Sixth Subdivision in Hall County,Nebraska, and <br /> WHEREAS, the above-described real estate is located in an unincorporated area of Hall <br /> County, but within the extraterritorial zoning jurisdiction of the City of Grand Island, subject to <br /> the City's approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, on September 6, 2017,the Hall County Regional Planning Commission <br /> considered said final plat at its regular meeting and recommended approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, on December 6, 2017 the Hall County Regional Planning Commission <br /> reconsidered their previous recommendation at the request of the Grand Island City Council and <br /> recommended approval subject to the conditions that no commercial driveway will be permitted to <br /> access the subdivision from Conrad Drive and that a detention cell designed to hold and meter the <br /> flow of on-site drainage from improvements to Lots 1 and 2 be designed and constructed to <br /> specifications and designs approved by the Hall County Engineer prior to occupancy of any <br /> commercial structures on said lots; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Grand Island City Council held a meeting and approved said final plat <br /> on December 19, 2017 subject to the conditions outlined above; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County Board of Supervisors of Hall County held a meeting and <br /> Y p g <br /> considered said final plat on January 9, 2018, upon publication of notice of the same in the Grand <br /> Island Independent, a legal newspaper in the county, be it <br /> RESOLVED, upon review of the final plat and consideration of the recommendations of <br /> the Regional Planning Commission,the report of the County Highway Superintendent, and the <br /> evidence, testimony, and comments received, the Board finds that the plat has been prepared in <br /> compliance with the Hall County Subdivision Regulations and such final plat of MEADOW <br /> LANE SEVENTH SUBDIVISION should be and is hereby approved.
