Describe your accounting background — she did the salary budgets for the <br /> department she did forecasting monthly and quarterly and ran the department <br /> 7. Do you have any previous experience preparing or administering budgets? Yes <br /> she did the budgeting for department over the last 3 years <br /> 8. Give us an example of a previous work situation where you were under a great <br /> deal of pressure and how did you respond she had to use her resources to get <br /> information as soon as possible and there was pressure every day and had to <br /> make multiple decisions <br /> 9. What is your experience working with various personalities? Yes has worked with <br /> people in various countries and also hired people and worked with team leaders <br /> and various personalities <br /> 10.Have you in the past worked with information that required a great deal of <br /> responsibility and confidentiality? Yes she was responsible for information that <br /> would impact employees and also for various termination information <br /> 11.Is there anything else to add? She is easy to get along with and this is a great <br /> opportunity and is excited to start a new chapter she will work hard to do a good <br /> job <br /> 2:15 p.m. Arnold made a motion and Lancaster seconded to go into executive session <br /> to discuss the applications. This executive session is to prevent needles harm or injury <br /> to an individual. Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt Richardson and <br /> Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 2:28 p.m. Arnold made a motion and Lancaster seconded to go out of executive <br /> session. No other subjects were discussed no votes were taken and no action was <br /> taken Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt Richardson and Schuppan all <br /> voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> Arnold made a motion and Lanfear seconded to offer the position to Bonnie Kosmicki <br /> and to negotiate a salary. Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, Richardson and <br /> Schuppan all voted yes and Quandt voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 2:30 p.m. Arnodl made a motion and Lancaster seconded to go into executive session <br /> to negotiate a salary. Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt Richardson and <br /> Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 12 <br />
