The rented/leased water conditioning unit shall remain at the dress stated above,and shall not become part of the real estate,Title to and ownership of said water conditioning unit shall remain with Lessor.In the event that the Lessee plans to move from the address Stated above. Lessee agrees to notify Lessor at least 30 days prior to the anticipated date of Lessee's move. The undersigned Lessee hereby grants to Lessor the right to enter the premises where the rented/leased water conditioning unit is located, without prior notice, at any time during the Lessor's normal business hours for the purposes of servicing or maintaining the equipment,delivery of salt,and removal of equipment. Lessee agrees to purchase salt at the prevailing price posted at Lessor's office,said salt to be delivered to the above address for the period of this agreement.Brine tank will be filled as long as access is made available during Lessor's normal business hours.Lessor agrees le maintain said equipment in good working order at no additional cost so long as Lessor's salt is used.Service calls will be made during Lessor's normal business' hours at no charge and will occur within three(3)working days of the Lessee's request.Lessee will be responsible for a reasonable charge for service calls that occur at times other than Lessor's normal business hours.Lessee agrees to pay the Lessor the cost of repairing the leased water conditioning unit in the event thet damage to said unit resulted from negligent or abusive acts by the Lessee.damage caused by Acts of God. problems arising from exposed unwrapped plumbing or insufficient water pressure,and problems resulting from not using Lessor's salt.
