HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING NOVEMBER 28, 2017 <br /> The Hall County Board of Supervisors convened November 28, 2017 by published call in the <br /> County Board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island. <br /> CALL TO ORDER -The meeting was called to order by Chairman Lancaster. <br /> INVOCATION - Invocation was given by Deacon Bill Buchta. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE —The Pledge of Allegiance was given in unison. <br /> ROLL CALL- Present on roll call were Scott Arnold, Karen Bredthauer, Pamela Lancaster, <br /> Doug Lanfear, Gary Quandt, Jane Richardson and Stephen Schuppan. Also present were <br /> County Attorney Jack Zitterkopf and Board Assistant Stacey Ruzicka. <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW—Chairman Lancaster read the notice of open meeting law. <br /> REQUEST TO RESERVE TIME—Chairman Lancaster called for anyone who wanted to <br /> reserve time on a specific agenda item and no one responded. <br /> VERIFY AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION -The affidavit of publication was received. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA— Richardson made a motion and Arnold seconded to approve the <br /> following by consent agenda. <br /> 1.
