Held a Board of Equalization meeting <br /> 9:10 a.m. adjourned the Board of Equalization meeting and returned to the regular meeting. <br /> PUBLIC PARTICIPATION --Vice Chairman Richardson called for public participation and no <br /> one responded. <br /> COUNTY ATTORNEY - County Attorney jack Zitterkopf reported that the appeal to the <br /> Nebraska Supreme Court from Whooping Crane Trust is scheduled for late January and into <br /> February. <br /> Quandt questioned who would be handing this case and Jack stated that Tim Moul has been <br /> handling this case. <br /> 8. FACILITIES AGENDA (RICHARDSON) <br /> A) DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION CONCERNING OPEN HOUSE FOR FEDERAL <br /> BUILDING WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 6, 3:30 TO 5:00 PM — Richardson stated that the <br /> facilities committee met regarding the open house Bunny Schlick also met with them. They <br /> recommended holding the open house Wednesday December 6, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. <br /> The first half hour will be for the county officials and the after that there will be time for the public <br /> to attend. <br /> Lanfear made a motion and Schuppan seconded to set the open house for the Federal Building <br /> for December 6, at 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Arnold, Bredthauer, Lanfear, Quandt, Richardson <br /> and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Lancaster was absent.
