HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING SEPTEMBER 19 2017 <br /> The Hall County Board of Supervisors convened September 19 2017 by published call in the <br /> County Board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island. <br /> CALL TO ORDER -The meeting was called to order by Chairman Pamela Lancaster. <br /> INVOCATION - Invocation was given by Dan Narjano. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE--The Pledge of Allegiance was given in unison. <br /> ROLL CALL - Present on roll call were Scott Arnold, Karen Bredthauer Pamela Lancaster, Doug <br /> Lanfear, Gary Quandt, Jane Richardson and Stephen Schuppan. Also present were County <br /> Attorney Jack Zitterkopf and Board Assistant Stacey Ruzicka. <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW—Chairman Lancaster read the notice of open meeting law. <br /> REQUEST TO RESERVE TIME - Chairman Lancaster called for anyone who wanted to reserve <br /> time on a specific agenda item and no one responded. <br /> VERIFY AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION -The affidavit of publication was received. <br /> 1. RECOGNITION OF COUNTY EMPLOYEE FOR MILITARY SERVICE —Lancaster stated that <br /> They had the first USO show this weekend and she noted all of the fund raisers. She read the <br /> certificate of recognition for Don Shuda and thanked him for his service to the veterans and Hall <br /> County. He has been the Veterans Service officer since January 1, 1987. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA— Richardson made a motion and Quandt seconded to approve the <br /> following by consent agenda. <br /> 1. Placed on file the minutes from the September 5, 2017 meeting <br /> 2. 10 Placed on file the Hall County keno financial report for quarter ending June 30, 2017 <br /> and Hall County keno special report, compliance procedures report and annual report for <br /> year ending June 30, 2017 <br /> 3. 12 County Treasurer approved Resolution #17-051 for the additional collateral for US <br /> Bancorp for$379,000.00 <br /> 4. 13 Regional planning approved Resolution #17-052 amending the schedule of fees for <br /> zoning & subdivision transactions <br /> 5. 13b Approved the final plat and Resolution #17-053 for Prairie Creek Meadows <br /> Subdivision <br /> 6. 13c Approved the final plat and Resolution #17-054 for Krohn Subdivision <br /> 7. 13d Approved the final plat and Resolution #17-055 for Hatti's Homestead Subdivision <br /> 8. 15 Approved the bi weekly pay claims and the regular claims <br /> 9. 16 Placed on file the office reports from the County Clerk, County Sheriff, County <br /> Assessor/Register of Deeds and Hall & Howard County Juvenile Services <br /> 10. 17 Placed on file the Hall County Treasurer's miscellaneous receipts <br /> 11. 18 Placed on file communications <br /> Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all vote yes and <br /> none voted no.
