Arnold questioned if it would be necessary to hold another meeting there may not be anything <br /> that would hold up a project. <br /> COMMITTEE OR BOARD MEMBERS REPORTS - Schuppan stated that he was contacted by <br /> a company about an Employee Assistance Program and the committee could meet regarding <br /> this. They also need to address the wellness program. <br /> Richardson stated that there was a question regarding the health insurance and she is waiting <br /> for a response from Matt Wullenwaber with Mid American. <br /> Lanfear stated that Central Nebraska Drug Court had their quarterly meeting and are waiting on <br /> a state wide contract. Most of the participants now come from Adams County instead of Hall <br /> County. <br /> BOARD ASSISTANT'S REPORT—Stacey reminded the board members of the budget meeting <br /> at 1:30 p.m. tomorrow. She also stated that she received a call from an applicant for the county <br /> assessor position regarding the assessor license. The license has lapsed and the next testing <br /> is November 9, 2017 but you can request an earlier date for testing if they need to. <br /> NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS - Chairman Lancaster called for new or unfinished business <br /> and no one responded. <br /> 17. EXECUTIVE SESSION —PERFORMANCE EVALUATION - Quandt made a motion and <br /> Bredthauer seconded to go into executive session for the performance evaluation. There are 2 <br /> reasons for an executive session to prevent needless harm or injury to an individual or to protect <br /> the public interest. Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt, Richardson, and Schuppan <br /> all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 1:28 p.m. Executive session. <br /> 1:30 p.m. Lanfear made a motion and Richardson seconded to go out of executive session. No <br /> other subjects were discussed no votes were taken no action was taken. Arnold, Bredthauer, <br /> Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt, Richardson, and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 1:30 p.m. meeting adjourned.
