HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING AUGUST 8, 2017 <br /> The Hall County Board of Supervisors convened August 8, 2017 by published call in the County <br /> Board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island. <br /> CALL TO ORDER -The meeting was called to order by Chairman Pamela Lancaster. <br /> INVOCATION - Invocation was given by Doug Lanfear. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE—The Pledge of Allegiance was given in unison. <br /> ROLL CALL- Present on roll call were Scott Arnold, Karen Bredthauer Pamela Lancaster, Doug <br /> Lanfear, Gary Quandt, Jane Richardson and Stephen Schuppan. Also present were County <br /> Attorney Jack Zitterkopf and Board Assistant Stacey Ruzicka. <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW—Chairman Lancaster read the notice of open meeting law. <br /> REQUEST TO RESERVE TIME - Chairman Lancaster called for anyone who wanted to reserve <br /> time on a specific agenda item and no one responded. <br /> VERIFY AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION -The affidavit of publication was received. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA— Richardson made a motion and Quandt seconded to approve the <br /> following by consent agenda. <br /> 1.
