HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING JULY 25, 2017 <br /> The Hall County Board of Supervisors convened July 25, 2017 by published call in the <br /> County Board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island. <br /> CALL TO ORDER - The meeting was called to order by Chairman Pamela Lancaster. <br /> INVOCATION - Invocation was Y <br /> iven by Scott Arnold. <br /> 9 <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE —The Pledge of Allegiance was given in unison. <br /> ROLL CALL - Present on roll call were Scott Arnold, Karen Bredthauer Pamela <br /> Lancaster, Doug Lanfear, Gary Quandt, Jane Richardson and Stephen Schuppan. <br /> Also present were County Attorney Jack Zitterkopf and Board Assistant Stacey Ruzicka. <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW— Chairman Lancaster read the notice of open <br /> meeting law. <br /> REQUEST TO RESERVE TIME - Chairman Lancaster called for anyone who wanted to <br /> reserve time on a specific agenda item and no one responded. <br /> Matt McGuire 15346 West Barrows Road Kenesaw, NE requested to address the board <br /> on various issues. <br /> VERIFY AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION - The affidavit of publication was received. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA— Richardson made a motion and Arnold seconded to approve the <br /> following by consent agenda. <br /> 1. Placed on file the minutes of the July 11, 2017 meeting <br /> 2. County Attorney no items <br /> 3. 7 Richardson requested to pull items 7 d, e & f they need additional information <br /> 4. 8 Authorized the Chair to sign the amendment for the sub grant agreement <br /> between Hall County & Nebraska Department of Health & Human Services Child <br /> Support Enforcement program for the Clerk of the District Court <br /> 5. 10 Approved the special designated liquor license for Craft Brewers Association <br /> for Husker Harvest Day September 12,13 & 14 <br /> 6. 11 Placed on file communications from regional planning <br /> 7. 12 Approved the bi weekly pay claims & regular claims <br /> 8. 13 Placed on file the County Attorney's statistical report <br /> 9. 14 Placed on file the Hall County Treasurer's miscellaneous receipts <br /> Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted <br /> yes and none voted no.
