RESOLUTION #17- 036 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF PHOENIX ACRES SECOND <br /> SUBDIVISION — A TRACT OF LAND COMPRISING A PART OF THE NORTHWEST <br /> QUARTER (NW1/4) OF SECTION TWENTY-FOUR (24), TOWNSHIP NINE (9) NORTH, <br /> RANGE TEN (10) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br /> WHEREAS, Gerald S. Jones, Trustee of the Gerald S. Jones Revocable Living Trust, and <br /> Douglas C. Jones and Michelle L. Jones, husband and wife, being the said owners of the land <br /> described hereon, have caused same to be surveyed, subdivided, platted and designated as <br /> "PHOENIX ACRES SECOND SUBDIVISION", a tract of land comprising part of the Northwest <br /> Quarter (NW1/4) of Section Twenty-Four(24), Township Nine (9)North, Range Ten(10) West of <br /> the 6th P.M. in Hall County,Nebraska,and <br /> he 6 ty, , <br /> WHEREAS, the above-described real estate is located in an unincorporated area of Hall <br /> County and is not within an area over which a city or village exercises extraterritorial zoning <br /> jurisdiction; and <br /> WHEREAS, on July 5, 2017,the Hall County Regional Planning Commission considered <br /> said final plat at its regular meeting and recommended approval; and <br /> WHEREAS,the County Board of Supervisors of Hall County held a meeting and <br /> considered said final plat on July 11, 2017, upon publication of notice of the same in the Grand <br /> Island Independent, a legal newspaper in the county, be it <br /> RESOLVED, upon review of the final plat and consideration of the recommendations of <br /> the Regional Planning Commission,the report of the County Highway Superintendent, and the <br /> evidence,testimony, and comments received, the Board finds that the plat has been prepared in <br /> compliance with the Hall County Subdivision Regulations and such final plat of PHOENIX <br /> ACRES SECOND SUBDIVISION should be and is hereby approved.
