9:05 a.m. Held a Board of Equalization meeting. 9:10 Held a Break for County Assessor to come down. 9:20 a.m. Recessed the Board of Equalization meeting. 9:22 a.m. Returned to Board of Equalization meeting. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION — CHAIRMAN Lancaster called for public participation and no one responded. FACILITIES — UPDATE ON FEDERAL BUILDING — Richardson stated that the walls in the Federal Building have been sheet rocked and insulated and that all passed inspection. They are installing the doors and a new electrical panel. They are on schedule and will have an updated schedule for the next meeting. 9:29 a.m. Adjourend the Board of Equalization meeting. COMMITTEE OR BOARD MEMBER'S REPORTS — Chairman Lancaster called for committee or board member reports. Richardson reported that the joint meeting of the Health Department was held Monday at 6:00 p.m. and she was pleased that there were 5 board members that attended. They received good information. It was a historical view of health issues. Arnold noted that noted that the health department is much more efficient when the control is passed down to the local level. Lancaster noted that the remarks surrounded children's issues but they do address all ages. Quandt questioned if the board could hold the jail tour now but it is advertised for 10:30 a.m. BOARD ASSISTANT'S REPORT— Reminded the Board members of the meetings. NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS — Chairman Lancaster called for new or unfinished business and no one responded. The board recessed the meeting until 10:30 a.m. for the Board of Corrections meeting. 10:30 A.M. Held a Board of Corrections meeting. 10:35 a.m. Recessed the Board of Corrections for the quarterly jail tour. The Board will reconvene at the corrections department and adjourn from there.
