DISCUSSION REGARDING LETTER FROM FOP#78 (CORRECTIONS) DEMANDING <br /> NEGOTIATIONS -This was discussed during the corrections meeting. <br /> Richardson made a motion and Arnold seconded to receive the letter form FOP#78 and place it <br /> on file. Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted <br /> yes and one voted no. Motion carried. <br /> Mr. Humphrey stated that the board member can look at the Federal Building any time they are <br /> all welcome. Mr. Rafferity would just like them to let him know when someone is there. <br /> BOARD ASSISTANT'S REPORT—Stacey reminded the board members that the room <br /> reservations for the NACO Conference will need to be requested on June 22, 2017. She asked <br /> the board members when they would need rooms. <br /> Lanfear December 13 & 14 <br /> Arnold December 13th <br /> Richardson She will send dates later <br /> Lancaster 13th & 14th <br /> Bredthauer 13th & 14th <br /> Schuppan 13th <br /> Quandt None <br /> Chairman Lancaster called for Board Member or Committee reports. Lanfear and Lancaster <br /> reported that they sent the protest regarding the post office and the concerns about closing the <br /> down town location. Lanfear stated that it was mailed and he received confirmation the <br /> received it. <br /> NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS —Chairman Lancaster called for new or unfinished <br /> business and no on responded. Discussion was held regarding a negotiation committee <br /> meeting but there was no confirmation regarding the meeting. . <br /> Meeting adjourned the next meeting will be June 27, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. <br /> Marla J.
