14. EXECUTIVE SESSION — PERFORMANCE EVALUATION <br /> 15. EXECUTIVE SESSION — PENDING LITIGATION <br /> Arnold made a motion and Richardson seconded to go into executive session for the <br /> performance evaluation and regarding pending litigation. There are two reasons for an <br /> executive session to prevent needless harm of injury to an individual or to protect the public <br /> interest. The executive session will be for both reasons. Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, <br /> Lanfear, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 11:27 a.m. executive session performance evaluation <br /> 11:30 executive session pending litigation <br /> 12:46 p.m. Quandt made a motion and Arnold seconded to go out of executive session. Arnold, <br /> Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none <br /> voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 20 HALL COUNTY TREASURER'S MISCELLANEOUS RECEIPTS - Quandt made a motion <br /> and Lanfear seconded to place on file the Hall County Treasurer's miscellaneous receipts. <br /> Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and <br /> none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 14 Arnold made a motion and Quandt seconded to authorize the personnel committee present <br /> the performance evaluation to the employee. Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt, <br /> Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> BOARD MEMBER'S REPORTS— Richardson stated that she attended the meeting with the <br /> Pawnee Nation Business Counsel regarding placing some land in a trust. The property is at <br /> 3501 South Engleman Road and the taxes are $3,952.30. They are also looking for some type <br /> of tax exempt use for the property. This may be a year down the road. Jack and Nadia Reed <br /> gave them the property and they were considering having the tribal headquarters on this land. <br /> Chairman Lancaster called for other board member's reports no one responded. <br /> BOARD ASSISTANT'S REPORT—Stacey stated she did not have a report. <br /> NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS -- Lanfear stated they still need to have members on the <br /> animal control advisory board and he is asking for some guidance from the board. <br /> Bredthauer suggested that there could be one from the City but Arnold noted that they have <br /> their own board and this would be outside of the city limits. She asked if they need to be <br /> professionals. <br /> Lanfear stated the sheriff, attorney and humane society have members and they are asking for <br /> 3 volunteers.
