RESOLUTION#17- 0 `a A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS COUNTY PROPERTY HAVING NO VALUE WHEREAS, the County Purchasing Act provides that the County Board may authorize a county employee or official to sell surplus county personal property, which is obsolete or not useable by the county having a value of less than two thousand five hundred dollars and surplus county mobile equipment that is obsolete or not useable that has a value of less than five thousand dollars;and WHEREAS, the county property set forth in the attached Exhibit A is personal property of the county that is obsolete or not useable by the county;and WHEREAS, having considered the same, the County Board hereby finds that each item on the attached Exhibit A is without value and nonsaleable;and WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors desires to authorize the disposal of the property as set forth in the attached Exhibit A. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Loren Humphrey, Hall County Parks, Buildings and Grounds Director, is hereby authorized and directed to dispose of the property set forth in the attached Exhibit A.
