PUBLIC WORKS— DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION ON APPROVAL OF NATURAL <br /> GAS LINE EASEMENT ON A PORTION OF HALL COUNTY PROPERTY IN DONIPHAN AT <br /> THE ROADS DEPARTMENT MAINTENANCE SHED LOCATED AT 402 NORTH 1ST STREET <br /> County Surveyor Casey Sherlock stated that Blackhills Energy has asked to place a 2 inch gas <br /> line on county property. This is not public right of way and this easement is for private use. He <br /> showed pictures of the area. They have a chain link fence behind the Roads Department <br /> maintenance shed and he would like to see an 8 foot easement. This 8 foot easement is the <br /> same as other easement. The county shed does not use natural gas they use the used oil for <br /> heat. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Richardson seconded to approve the easement. Arnold, <br /> Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none <br /> voted no. Motion carried <br /> 9. PUBLIC WORKS— 11:00 AM - BID OPENING FOR SUPPLYING ONE 2018 4 WHEEL <br /> DRIVE CREW CAB CHASSIS WITH SERVICE TRUCK BODY—A copy of the affidavit of <br /> publication was provided. Quandt made a motion and Richardson seconded to open the bids <br /> for the 4 wheel drive crew cab chassis with service truck body. Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, <br /> Lanfear, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no.
