RESOLUTION#16- 0 3 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF A AND E THIRD SUBDIVISION - <br /> A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN ALL OF LOT ONE (1), A AND E SECOND <br /> SUBDIVISION, AND A PART OF THE WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER <br /> (W 1/2 SE '/4) OF SECTION THIRTY ONE (31), TOWNSHIP TWELVE (12) NORTH, <br /> RANGE TEN (10) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br /> WHEREAS, Michael A. and Patricia M. Panowicz, husband and wife, and Randy R. and <br /> Tammy R. Panowicz, husband and wife, being the said owners of the land described hereon, has <br /> caused same to be surveyed, subdivided, platted and designated as "A AND E THIRD <br /> SUBDIVISION", a tract of land comprising all of Lot One (1) A and E Second Subdivision and a <br /> part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W1/2 SE '/a) of Section Thirty One (31), Township <br /> Twelve(12)North,Range Ten(10) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County,Nebraska, and <br /> WHEREAS, the above-described real estate is located in an unincorporated area of Hall <br /> County and is not within an area over which a city or village exercises extraterritorial zoning <br /> jurisdiction; and <br /> WHEREAS,on Dec. 7,2016 the Hall County Regional Planning Commission considered <br /> said final plat at its regular meeting and recommended approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County Board of Supervisors of Hall County held a meeting and <br /> considered said final plat on December 13, 2016 upon publication of notice of the same in the <br /> Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper in the county. <br /> RESOLVED, upon review of the final plat and consideration of the recommendations of <br /> the Regional Planning Commission, the report of the County Highway Superintendent, and the <br /> evidence,testimony, and comments received,the Board finds that the plat has been prepared in <br /> compliance with the Hall County Subdivision Regulations and such final plat of A AND E <br /> THIRD SUBDIVISION should be and is hereby approved.
