Applicant shall at all times comply with any and all tower marking and illumination <br /> requirements of the Federal Aviation Administration and Federal Communications Commission. <br /> 4. The term of this conditional use permit shall be for a period of five(5)years beginning <br /> November 22,2016,but maybe terminated if applicant fails to comply with any of the conditions, <br /> restrictions and obligations set forth herein. In th event of noncompliance, the Hall County Board <br /> of Supervisors shall notify the applicant in writing setting forth the specific area or areas of <br /> noncompliance. If the applicant fails to cure any such noncompliance within 30 days after <br /> receiving said notice, the Hall County Board of Supervisors shall hold a hearing to consider the <br /> suspension,revocation, or termination of this permit of conditional use. <br /> 5. Applicant shall operate and maintain said telecommunications tower and related <br /> structures in accordance with applicant's application for conditional use and in accordance with <br /> applicable Hall County Building Codes. <br /> 6. The above-described lands shall be restored to their original condition should the tower <br /> be removed. <br /> 7. The above-described tower and appurtenances shall be maintained in good condition <br /> and repair. <br /> 8, In the event the use of the tower ceases for a period of 365 consecutive days,the tower <br /> shall be deemed to be abandoned and the tower owner shall dismantle and remove the same within <br /> 75 days of such abandonment. <br /> 9. Any structures and towers erected upon the site shall be subject to and conform with all <br /> o and county building codes,regulations an requirements. <br /> 10.
