RESOLUTION# 1 - Q 1 <br /> INTERSECTION STOP CONTROL ON CAPITAL AVENUE AT 60th ROAD <br /> WHEREAS, Capital Avenue and 60th Road is a 4-way("cross") intersection with a driveway making the <br /> west leg with no intersection control for vehicular traffic;and <br /> WHEREAS, a review of the intersection was conducted by the Hall County Engineer and as a result of <br /> said review, it is recommended that vehicular traffic on Capital Avenue be required to stop when <br /> approaching 60th Road, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of Hall County, Nebraska, deem it necessary in the interest of <br /> intersection safety to stop vehicular traffic on Capital Avenue when approaching 60th Road. <br /> THEREFORE, it is hereby determined and ordered that vehicular traffic on Capital Avenue be required to <br /> stop when approaching 60"' Road, and that in accordance herewith, personnel of the Public Works <br /> Department of Hall County, Nebraska, are hereby directed to install stop signs for eastbound and <br /> westbound traffic on Capital Avenue approaching 60th Road and notify appropriate law enforcement <br /> personnel. <br /> Resolution moved by Supervisor 1.
