11. DISCUSSION ON DECEMBER 27, 2016 BOARD MEETING (VENDOR CLAIMS ARE PAID <br /> 11/18/16 AND 12/16/16)— Lancaster made a motion and Quandt seconded to allow the County <br /> Clerk to process payroll claims for the December 30, 2016 pay date. Arnold, Lancaster, <br /> Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, Richardson, Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> COMMITTEE OR BOARD MEMBER REPORTS—Chairman Arnold called for board member's <br /> reports. Purdy suggested that when the board selects a committee member for the extension <br /> board that person also needs to be on the College Park Board. They go hand in hand. <br /> Lancaster reported she received an e mail from Alan Pickerel regarding the Nebraska State <br /> Department of Roads on the set of plan for the Highway 30 project if the board would like to see <br /> them. <br /> BOARD ASSISTANT'S REPORT— Stacey reminded the board of the NACO Conference in <br /> December and reviewed the dates for the hotel reservations for the board members. <br /> New or unfinished business —Chairman Arnold called for new or unfinished business and no <br /> one responded. <br /> 12:50 p.m. Meeting recessed for the quarterly jail tour. Arnold.
