9. 10:15 A.M. PUBLIC HEARING FOR O'NEILL TRANSPORTATION & EQUIPMENT FOR <br /> RENEWAL OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO MANUFACTURE END USE WOOD <br /> PRODUCTS AND TO OPERATE A COMPOSTING FACILITY—Quandt made a motion and <br /> Lanfear seconded to open the public hearing. Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, <br /> Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> Chairman Arnold called for public participation the board heard information regarding both of the <br /> permits. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Richardson seconded to close the public hearing. Arnold, <br /> Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 9b) DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON RESOLUTION PERMITTING THE <br /> CONDITIONAL USE FOR O'NEILL TRANSPORTATION & EQUIPMENT TO MANUFACTURE <br /> END USE WOOD PRODUCTS AND TO OPERATING A COMPOSTING FACILITY—Schuppan <br /> made a motion and Quandt seconded to approve Resolution #16-072 for the conditional use <br /> permit to manufacture end use wood products and to operate a composing facility. Arnold, <br /> Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 5 <br />
