8.10:00 A.M. PUBLIC HEARING-FOR O'NEILL TRANSPORTATION & EQUIPMENT FOR <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT- Purdy made a motion and Quandt seconded to open the public <br /> hearing. Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes <br /> and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> Mr. Humphrey stated that this is for O'Neill Transportation located on Old Potash Highway for <br /> recycling wood products and other materials. He stated that there are no complaints and this is <br /> the renewal of the original conditional use permit. He purchased additional land on the west <br /> side. <br /> Mr. O'Neill was present and this is for the recycling and the other permit is for composting and <br /> the regulations require 2 different conditional use permits. They went from 20 acres to 31 acres. <br /> Mr. Arnold pulled up the axial picture and is showed the exact location. It is in an industrial area <br /> and the closet business is 1 mile away. <br /> Chairman Arnold called for public participation and no one responded. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Purdy seconded to close the public hearing. Arnold, Lancaster, <br /> Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> 8b) DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON RESOLUTION PERMITTING THE <br /> CONDITIONAL USE FOR O'NEILL TRANSPORTATION & EQUIPMENT TO MANUFACTURE <br /> END USE WOOD PRODUCTS AND TO RECYCLE ASSOCIATED MATERIALS —Quandt <br /> made a motion and Richardson seconded to approve Resolution#16- 071 for the condition use <br /> permit for O'Neill Transportation to manufacture end use wood products and to recycle <br /> associated materials. Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all <br /> voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 4 <br />
