RESOLUTION #16- 1(D 53 <br /> A RESOLUTION PERMITTING THE CONDITIONAL USE OF A CERTAIN TRACT OF <br /> LAND BEING PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF'THE SOUTHWEST <br /> QUARTER(SE 1/4 SW 1/4) AND PART OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE <br /> SOUTHEAST QUARTER(SW 1/4 SE 1/4) OF SECTION EIGHT (8),TOWNSHIP ELEVEN <br /> (11)NORTH,RANGE TEN (10) WEST OF THE SIXTH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN,HALL <br /> COUNTY,NEBRASKA. <br /> WHEREAS, Blessing Premier Property LLC, d/b/a Blessing LLC, hereinafter referred to as. <br /> "applicant," is the owner of property in Hall County,Nebraska described as follows: <br /> SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT A <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, applicant has filed a renewal application to use the above-described property <br /> for storing unprocessed old concrete, crushing such concrete into usable material and storing the <br /> resulting processed material; and <br /> WHEREAS, the above described property is located in a district presently zoned for AG-SI <br /> use; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed conditional use in a district zoned AG-SI is a permitted <br /> conditional use pursuant to Appendix A, Zoning Matrix, of the Zoning Resolution of Hall County, <br /> Nebraska, as amended; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed conditional use is consistent with the Cornhusker Army <br /> Ammunition Reuse Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, on October 4, 2016, a public hearing on said application was held by the Hall <br /> County Board of Supervisors upon due and proper notice of said hearing; and. <br /> WHEREAS, at said public hearing, the public was given the opportunity to speak in favor of <br /> and in opposition to the application for conditional use; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors finds that such use is authorized under <br /> the conditional uses within the AG-SI Zoning District, that such use, as limited herein, will not <br /> adversely affect the public interest, and that said Board is empowered under the Zoning Resolution <br /> to permit such conditional use. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to the Zoning Resolution of Hall <br /> County, Nebraska, the Hall County Board of Supervisors hereby grants Blessing Premier Property <br /> LLC, d/b/a Blessing LLC, a Conditional Use Permit to use the above-described real estate for the <br /> purpose of storing unprocessed old concrete, crushing such concrete into usable material and storing <br /> the resulting processed material subject to the following conditions and restrictions: <br />
