HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING AUGUST 9, 2016 <br /> The Hall County Board of Supervisors convened August 9, 2016 by published call in the County <br /> Board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island. <br /> CALL TO ORDER -The meeting was called to order by Chairman Arnold <br /> INVOCATION- Invocation was given by Chairman Scott Arnold. <br /> ROLL CALL - Present on roll call were Scott Arnold, Pam Lancaster, Doug Lanfear, Dan Purdy, <br /> Gary Quandt and Jane Richardson and Steve Schuppan. <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW—Chairman Arnold read the notice of open meeting law. <br /> VERIFY AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION —Affidavit on file. <br /> REQUEST TO RESERVE TIME --Chairman Arnold asked if anyone would like to reserve time <br /> to address a specific agenda item and no one responded. <br /> RECOGNITION OF COUNTY EMPLOYEE FOR MILITARY SERVICE —Jane Richardson read <br /> the certificate of recognition for Patrice Gay an employee of the Hall County Treasurer's office. <br /> She served in the Air Force and was a military spouse for 15 years. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA— Purdy made a motion and Quandt seconded to approve the following by <br /> consent agenda. <br /> 1.
