Resolution #16- 0 4% A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH SENIOR CITIZENS INDUSTRIES FOR THE OPERATION OF HALL COUNTY PUBLIC TRANSPORATION WHEREAS, the County of Hall, Nebraska, through subcontract agreements with Senior Citizens Industries, Inc. of Grand Island, Nebraska, has provided transportation services within Hall County, Nebraska, under and pursuant to agreements between the County of Hall, Nebraska and the State of Nebraska Department of Roads, as authorized by the Nebraska Public Transportation Act., NEBR. REV. STAT. Sec. 13-1201 through 13-1212, and the Federal Transit Act: and WHEREAS, the continuation of transportation services by the County of Hall, Nebraska through a subcontract agreement with Senior Citizens Industries would be beneficial to the inhabitants of the County of Hall, Nebraska.
