HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING JULY 12, 2016 <br /> The Hall County Board of Supervisors convened July 12, 2016 by published call in the County <br /> Board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island. <br /> CALL TO ORDER -The meeting was called to order by Chairman Arnold <br /> INVOCATION- Invocation was given by Chairman Scott Arnold. <br /> ROLL CALL - Present on roll call were Scott Arnold, Pam Lancaster, Doug Lanfear, Dan Purdy, <br /> Gary Quandt, Jane Richardson and Steve Schuppan. <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW—Chairman Arnold read the notice of open meeting law. <br /> VERIFY AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION —Affidavit on file. <br /> REQUEST TO RESERVE TIME —Chairman Arnold asked if anyone would like to reserve time <br /> to address a specific agenda item and no one responded. <br /> RECOGNITION OF COUNTY EMPLOYEE FOR MILITARY SERVICE —Jane Richardson read <br /> the certificate of recognition for Gerard Piccolo, Mr. Piccolo stated that he was in the air force <br /> 1970 to 1984 he was one of the first judge advocates that went to Europe then he went to SAC <br /> He is the Hall County Public Defender and as a public defender and an elected official he is <br /> required to provide defense for his clients. Mr. Quandt stated that he is dedicated to his clients <br /> and to Hall County. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA— Purdy made a motion and Quandt seconded to approve the following <br /> by consent agenda. <br /> 1. Placed on file the minutes of the June 28, 2016 meeting <br /> 2.
