RESOLUTION#16- O I <br /> A RESOLUTION TO TERMINATE THE <br /> SOUTH LOUP TOWNSHIP BOARD <br /> WHEREAS, the Hall County Board has found that the South Loup Township Board has <br /> become inactive by reason of the fact that two or more South Loup Township Board positions have <br /> been vacant and the Hall County Board has been unable to fill such positions in accordance with <br /> NEB.REV.STAT. §32-567 for six or more months; and <br /> WHEREAS, on February 23, 2016, the Hall County Board of Supervisors, having published <br /> lawful notice thereof,held a public hearing on the issue of the termination of the South Loup Township <br /> Board; and <br /> WHEREAS, no resident of South Loup Township, within 30 days of the aforementioned <br /> public hearing, has provided written notice to the Hall County Board that he or she would serve on the <br /> South Loup Township Board. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Loup Township Board is terminated <br /> effective this 5th day of April, 2016. <br /> Resolution moved by Supervisor C-&t u ��, � <br /> Seconded by Supervisor ar,A..e.1., f- <br /> Vote: <br /> Supervisor Arnold: For ; Against ; Abstained ; Not Present . <br /> Supervisor Lancaster: For < Against ; Abstained ; Not Present . <br /> Supervisor Lanfear: For se ; Against ; Abstained ; Not Present . <br /> Supervisor Purdy: For ; Against ; Abstained ; Not Present K.. <br /> Supervisor Quandt: For K' ; Against • Abstained • Not Present <br /> Supervisor Richardson: For X ; Against ; Abstained ; Not Present <br /> Supervisor Schuppan: For X ; Against ; Abstained ; Not Present . <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 5TH DAY OF APRIL, 2016. <br /> HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUP.
