RESOLUTION#16- 0 t 3 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF MADERVILLE ESTATES <br /> SUDIVISION A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN PART OF THE NORTHWEST <br /> QUARTER (NW 1/4) OF SECTION THIRTY FIVE (35), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) <br /> NORTH, RANGE TEN (10) WEST OF THE 6T" P.M. IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br /> WHEREAS, Paul H. Mader and Jaycee N. Mader, husband and wife, being the said owners <br /> of the land described hereon, has caused same to be surveyed, subdivided,platted and designated as <br /> "MADERVILLE ESTATES SUBDIVISION", a tract of land located in Part of the Northwest <br /> Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section Thirty Five (35), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West <br /> of the 6th P.M. in Hall County,Nebraska, and <br /> WHEREAS, the above-described real estate is located in an unincorporated area of Hall <br /> County and is not within an area over which a city or village exercises extraterritorial zoning <br /> jurisdiction; and <br /> WHEREAS, on March 2, 2016 the Hall County Regional Planning Commission considered <br /> said final plat at its regular meeting and recommended approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County Board of Supervisors of Hall County held a meeting and <br /> considered sa i d final plat on March 2 2, 2016 u pon publication o f <br /> notice of the same in the Grand <br /> Island a Inde dent legal newspaper in the county. <br /> Independent, Y <br /> RESOLVED upon review of the final plat and consideration of the recommendations of <br /> P P <br /> the Regional Planning Commission, the report of the County Highway Superintendent, and the <br /> evidence, testimony, and comments received, the Board finds that the plat has been prepared in <br /> compliance with the Hall County Subdivision Regulations and such final plat of MADERVILLE <br /> P P <br /> ESTATES SUBDIVISION should be and is hereby approved.roved. Dedication of the streets, roads <br /> and public easements depicted thereon are hereby approved and accepted. <br /> Resolution moved by Supervisor ex TN.
