RESOLUTION#16- Q(Ds <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF LILLEY SUDIVISION A TRACT <br /> OF LAND COMPRISING A PART OF LOT TWO (2) MAINLAND IN THE NORTHWEST <br /> QUARTER (NW 1/4), OF SECTION TWENTY ONE (21), TOWNSHIP NINE (9) NORTH, <br /> RANGE ELEVEN (11) WEST OF THE SIXTH P.M., IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br /> WHEREAS, Joseph B Lilley, a Single Person, and Allan L Cater, a Single Person, being <br /> the owners of the land described hereon, have caused same to the surveyed subdivided, platted <br /> and designated as "LILLY SUBDIVISION", a tract of land comprising a part of Lot Two (2) <br /> Mainland in the Northwest Quarter(NW 1/4), of Section Twenty One (21), Township Nine (9) <br /> North, Range Eleven (1 I) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; and <br /> WHEREAS, the above-described real estate is located in an unincorporated area of Hall <br /> County and is not within an area over which a city or village exercises extraterritorial zoning <br /> jurisdiction; and <br /> WHEREAS, on February 17, 2016 the Hall County Regional Planning Commission <br /> considered said final plat at its regular meeting and recommended approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County Board of Supervisors of Hall County held a meeting and <br /> considered said final plat on February 23, 2016 upon publication of notice of the same in the <br /> Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper in the county. <br /> RESOLVED, upon review of the final plat and consideration of the recommendations of <br /> the Regional Planning Commission, the report of the County Highway Superintendent, and the <br /> evidence,testimony, and comments received, the Board finds that the plat has been prepared in <br /> compliance with the Hall County Subdivision Regulations and such final plat of LILLEY <br /> SUBDIVISION should be and is hereby approved.
