HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING FEBRUARY 9, 2015 The Hall County Board of Supervisors convened February 9, 2016 by published call in the County Board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island, CALL TO ORDER -The meeting was called to order by Chairman Arnold. INVOCATION - Invocation was given by Scott Arnold. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE —The Pledge of Allegiance was given in unison, ROLL CALL - Present on roll call were Scott Arnold, Pam Lancaster, Doug Lanfear, Dan Purdy, Gary Quandt, and Steve Schuppan. Jane Richardson was absent because of illness. NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW--Chairman Arnold read the notice of open meeting law. REQUEST TO RESERVE TIME - Chairman Arnold called for anyone that would like to reserve time on a specific agenda item to come forward now. No one responded. Elected and Appointed Officials present were County Attorney Jack Zitterkopf, County Clerk Marla Conley, Corrections Director Todd Bahensky, Deputy County Treasurer Alaina Verplank, County Assessor Jan Pelland and Board Assistant Stacey Ruzicka and representatives from the news media. CONSENT AGENDA— Purdy made a motion and Lanfear seconded to approve the following by consent agenda. 1. Placed on file the minutes of the January 26th meeting 2. 6 Approved the special designated liquor license for Milette Vista Vineyards for March 11, 12, 16 17, 18, 19, 24, 25 & 26 3. 11 Placed on file communications from Regional Planning 4, 12 Approved the bi weekly pay claims 5. 12b Approved the early claim for Grand Island Utilities for $1,043.96 6. 12c Approved the early claim for Grand Island Utilities for $8,690.46 7. 13 Placed on file the office reports from the County Sheriff and County Clerk 8. 14 Placed on file the Hall County Treasurer's miscellaneous receipts 9, 15 Placed on file communications Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Richardson was absent. Motion carried. 1
