8.10:15 AM — PUBLIC HEARING — RENEWAL OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR <br /> PAPPAS TELECASTING OF CENTRAL NEBRASKA AKA NTV, LOCATED AT 12100 W <br /> RAINFORTH RD, WOOD RIVER, NE FOR COMMUNICATION TOWER-- Purdy made a <br /> motion and Lanfear seconded to open the public hearing. Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, <br /> Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> Chairman Arnold called for public participation. This is a TV tower for channel 13. Janet <br /> O'Malley was present and she stated there have not been any problems and the site is kept <br /> clean and this is just a renewal of the conditional use permit. <br /> No one else responded. <br /> Purdy made a motion and Schuppan seconded to close the public hearing. Arnold, Lancaster, <br /> Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> The resolution will be dated back to the expiration date of the previous permit. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Lancaster seconded to approve Resolution #16-006 for the renewal <br /> of the conditional use permit for Pappas Telecasting. Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, <br /> Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 4 <br />
