HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING JANUARY 12, 2015 The Hall County Board of Supervisors convened January 12, 2016 by published call in the County Board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island. CALL TO ORDER - The meeting was called to order by Chairman Arnold. INVOCATION - Invocation was given by Scott Arnold. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE —The Pledge of Allegiance was given in unison. ROLL CALL- Present on roll call were Scott Arnold, Pam Lancaster, Doug Lanfear, Dan Purdy, Gary Quandt, Jane Richardson and Steve Schuppan. NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW--Chairman Arnold read the notice of open meeting law. REQUEST TO RESERVE TIME - Chairman Arnold called for anyone that would like to reserve time on a specific agenda item and no one responded. Elected and Appointed Officials present were County Attorney Jack Zitterkopf County Clerk Marla Conley, and Board Assistant Stacey Ruzicka and representatives from the news media. CONSENT AGENDA— Purdy made a motion and Lanfear seconded to approve the following by consent agenda: 1. Placed on file the minutes of the December 29, 2015 meeting 2. 8 Approved the amusement license of Zanadu for 2016 3. 9 Approved the designation of Hall County Banks as public depositories 4. 12 Approved the final plat and Resolution 16-001 for A &A Woit Subdivision 5. 12 Approved the final plat and Resolution #16-002 for Thesenvitz Subdivision 6. 13 approved the bi weekly pay claims 7. 13a Approved the early claim for Motor Fuels Division for$1,375.00 8. 13b Approved the early claim to Five Points Bank for$179,004.89 for the motor grader annual payment 9. 15 Place on file the office reports from the County Sheriff, County Clerk and Assessor- Register of Deeds 10. 16 Placed on file the Hall County Treasurer's miscellaneous receipts 11. 17 Placed on file the letter from FEMA regarding removal of property from the flood zone Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no.
